A native of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Clay, attended Texas State University. After school he began a career in the commercial real estate industry, working within two leading global CRE firms (CBRE, Cushman&Wakefield). While living in Austin, Clay has had the opportunity to evaluate, consult, contract, manage and oversee real estate investments on behalf of a variety of corporations and individuals alike. Looking to grow as a real estate professional, Clay pursued a career in finance as a Mortgage Loan Officer at CapFi Lending, where he is and continues to be a value team member.
Clay provides a personal driven, solution-oriented approach to each consumer; placing the upmost importance on the relationship between Agent, Borrower and Lender. He prides himself on understanding the critical investment of time and energy each Agent and Borrower have given the home buying process. This understanding fuels Clay’s dedication to both customer and referral partner service.
Clay is an Austin resident; he spends his free time supporting local live music and dining at Matt’s el Rancho (way too, often!)
